Legal aid projects primarily focus on providing crucial support to asylum seekers at every stage of the asylum process. We understand the complexity and challenges of navigating legal systems, especially for those who have fled their countries of origin due to conflict, persecution, or other forms of violence. Our dedicated legal team offers comprehensive services, from the initial process of accessing asylum to representation before Greek and international courts, ensuring that beneficiaries receive fair treatment. These projects include assistance in the first and second stages of the asylum process, as well as support for individuals in detention. We consistently work to ensure that all asylum seekers understand their rights and have the necessary legal backing for their case.

Additionally, our projects include providing legal assistance to recognized refugees for issues related to their status or other vulnerabilities. This includes, but is not limited to, family reunification, ensuring that families can safely reunite, as well as addressing issues arising from refugee status, such as documentation and legal rights in Greece. By offering comprehensive legal support, we aim to remove barriers to accessing justice and create the conditions for refugees to rebuild their lives with safety and dignity.
