Pursuant to the call for inputs issued by the Committee on Enforced Disappearances (CED) and the Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances (WGEID), the present submission attempts to address the questions raised by the CED and the WGEID, within the scope of GCR’s statute and based on GCR’s experience in Greece.
