Results
As a result of this project, Greece will acquire a pool of trained personnel capable of identifying, evaluating, providing support, advising, rehabilitating and assisting victims of torture so that they can be integrated into society.
Second, victims of torture will gain access to a unit of graduate professionals and a variety of free services that address their mental, medical, socio-economic and legal problems
As this is the only effort to provide torture victims services in Greece right now, this project will have a significant impact on the lives of the torture victims who receive this assistance.
