Identification of unaccompanied children in need of the services. Provide legal and social assistance.
Through legal information and counseling identified minors will be presented with options that are suitable for them. State authorities will be notified and follow up will ensure that the registration was successful.
Social assistance based on identified needs. Ensure that Uams are referred for housing, medical examinations and registration.
Appropriate placements for children. Through the national system of placements carried out by EKKA and utilising NGOs accommodation places that are currently in offer. Individual interviews, taking social history, recording specific requests (international protection, housing), and referral to appropriate services, and record housing requests for the protection and placing them in accommodation units.
Legal assistance and individualized support in the framework of the asylum procedure, representation before the authorities (family reunification under Dublin III, relocation etc).
