To provide legal support to the population of the islands and Evros
•Ομάδες δικηγόρων και διερμηνέων δέχονται αιτήματα αιτούντων/αιτουσών άσυλο και προσφύγων/προσφυγισσών, παραπομπές από την Ύπατη Αρμοστεία, από άλλες οργανώσεις και φορείς.
-Providing legal assistance to asylum seekers and refugees at all stages of the asylum procedure and in other procedures related to their legal status.
•Παροχή νομικής συνδρομής σε άτομα που βρίσκονται υπό κράτηση.
-Providing legal advice and representation before services and authorities at all stages of the asylum procedure (first and second degree, family reunification procedure under the Dublin III Regulation).
-Providing legal advice and representation before the courts against 2nd degree rejection decisions (applications for annulment/suspension).
•Παροχή νομικής συνδρομής σε αναγνωρισμένους/αναγνωρισμένες πρόσφυγες/προσφύγισσες για θέματα που σχετίζονται με το νομικό τους καθεστώς.
•Παροχή νομικής συμβουλευτικής και εκπροσώπησης: σε υποθέσεις που σχετίζονται με την παιδική προστασία / για άρση του γεωγραφικού περιορισμού.
•Παρεμβάσεις ενώπιων Ανεξάρτητων Αρχών.
