To provide legal support and information to people in need of international protection, with particular emphasis on those in detention in Attica and Northern Greece.
•Επισκέψεις ομάδων δικηγόρων και διερμηνέων σε κέντρα κράτησης με στόχο την παροχή νομικής συνδρομής σε αιτούντες/αιτούσες άσυλο και πρόσφυγες/προσφύγισσες που βρίσκονται υπό κράτηση.
•Νομική συνδρομή σε όλα τα στάδια της διαδικασίας ασύλου και σε λοιπές διαδικασίες που σχετίζονται με το νομικό τους καθεστώς.
-Providing legal advice and representation before services and authorities at all stages of the asylum procedure (first and second degree, family reunification procedure under the Dublin III Regulation).
-Providing legal advice and representation before the courts against 2nd degree rejection decisions (applications for annulment/suspension).
•Αντιρρήσεις κατά της κράτησης ενώπιων διοικητικών και δικαστικών αρχών.
•Παρεμβάσεις ενώπιων Ανεξάρτητων Αρχών (π.χ. Συνήγορος του Πολίτη) και Διεθνών Οργάνων (π.χ. Ευρωπαϊκό Δικαστήριο Ανθρωπίνων Δικαιωμάτων).
