GCR processes your personal data that do not belong in special categories and are provided by you and/or included in your CV (namely first name, surname, last name, father’s name, mother's name, age, country of origin, place and date of birth, address, telephone and other details of my CV, especially regarding my past work experience), in accordance with Regulation 679/2016/EU (GDPR) and national legislation, in order for your application to be assessed. Your consent provided here is the legal justification for the processing of information described above.

GCR will not transfer your personal data to third parties.

During the time that GCR processes my personal data, I have the following rights:
1. Right to be informed about my personal data after contacting the DPO (Articles 13-14 of the Regulation 679/2016/EU)
2. Right of access to my personal data (Article 15 of the Regulation)
3. Right to rectify my personal data if it is inaccurately registered or incomplete (Articles 16, 19 of the Regulation)
4. Right to restrict the processing of my personal data (Article 18 of the Regulation): I may request that GCR does not process all of my personal data.
5. Right to object to the processing of my personal data and to object to  automated decision making, in particular in "profiling" (Articles 21 and 22 of the Regulation)
6. Right to erase my personal data if it is no longer necessary ("Right to Be Forgotten") (Article 17 of the Regulation)
7. Right to transmit my personal data (data portability) held by GCR (Article 20)    

In case we do not contact you immediately, your CV will be stored in our database for 2 years and will subsequently be completely deleted..
