{"id":5080,"date":"2021-11-08T12:56:00","date_gmt":"2021-11-08T12:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hardcore-hodgkin.138-201-31-57.plesk.page\/?p=5080"},"modified":"2024-08-06T13:14:43","modified_gmt":"2024-08-06T13:14:43","slug":"1836-ekpaideftiko-yliko-gia-tin-prosvasi-ton-metanaston-sti-dikaiosyni","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gcr.gr\/en\/gcr-reports\/item\/1836-ekpaideftiko-yliko-gia-tin-prosvasi-ton-metanaston-sti-dikaiosyni\/","title":{"rendered":"Training materials on access to justice for migrants"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><br>a set of training materials on access to justice for migrants which were developed as part of the FAIR (Fostering Access to Immigrant\u2019s Rights) PLUS project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The material should serve as a support and background information for judges and lawyers when taking decisions on or defending the rights of migrants and refugees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The FAIR PLUS project (Fostering Access to Immigrant\u2019s Rights \u2013 Practical training for Lawyers and jUdgeS) was implemented by the ICJ-EI (International Commission of Jurists \u2013 European Institutions)  and national partners (Forum for Human Rights in the Czech Republic, Greek Council for Refugees, Immigrant Council of Ireland and Scuola Superiore de Sant\u2019Anna in Italy) in 2018-2021.
